Our Refunds Policy
 
When will I get my refund?
 
When you send your item back to us, within 7 days of receipt we will process the returned item and make a payment back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with.
 
Our Exchanges Policy
 
Can I exchange my returned item for something else?
 
We are unable to exchange goods from one order to another. In all cases we would handle your returned item as a straight forward return and refund the payment back on the credit card or debit card you originally paid with as per the refunds policy (above).
If you do require another item a new order would need to be raised and charged for separately and the funds will be taken for the new order before you will have received a refund for the returned item(s)
